Cancellation Policy
We ask for a minimum of three (3) days notice of change or cancellation of reservations, and seven (7) days cancellation notice major holiday periods.  We appreciate guests giving as much notice as possible when cancelling reservations as it allows time to make rooms available to others.

Late Cancellations
We reserve the right to charge for late cancellations.  Unless we are able to fill the room, we will charge one night room rate.

Smoking Policy
Should one of our units require special cleaning due to smoke odor damage from a guest smoking, the Management will charge the offending guest the amount of $125.00.  Furthermore, the guest will no longer be welcomed back at Sea Escape.
