All units have recently been wired for Wi-Fi Internet access for all your business and personal needs. All units are non-smoking. For those who must smoke, we ask you to do so outside, away from the units. Two-night minimum weekend reservations are given preference, over single night bookings, for our Ocean View units. During Holiday Weekends, a two-night minimum will be required.
It is our policy for guests to pay for their accommodations upon their arrival, for we do not have telephone or room charges. We gladly accept Visa and MasterCard. We require a credit card guarantee for all reservations. We appreciate it when guests leave our units in a clean and tidy condition, with dishes washed and put away. Sea Escape is a place for rest and relaxation. Therefore, we ask guests to please respect others and keep the noise levels to a minimum, especially during the evening hours.
